Regulatory status
AURIX SOCIEDADE PRESTADORA DE SERVICOS DE ATIVOS VIRTUAIS LTDA is in the process of adapting to and obtaining authorization from the Central Bank of Brazil under BCB Resolutions 519, 520 and 521/2025.
The application for authorization to operate as a virtual asset service provider company, in the intermediary modality, was filed on 10/30/2026. The same filing includes the application to operate in the foreign exchange market. Authorization application under review by the Central Bank of Brazil.
As of this date, the company holds no authorization from the Central Bank of Brazil and no other regulatory license, in Brazil or abroad.
Applicable law and regulation: Law No. 14,478/2022 and BCB Resolutions No. 519, 520 and 521, of 2025.
Activities
Modality: intermediary.
Activity: buying and selling stablecoins (USDT and USDC) against Brazilian reais, through individual quotes (RFQ), with legal entities and individuals, on the TRON (TRC-20) and Ethereum (ERC-20) networks. The asset is delivered to the wallet designated by the client, and the reais are credited to a bank account held by the client.
Technology: software, APIs and the Aurix Finance platform for businesses.
What the SPSAV does not do
- does not provide virtual asset custody services and does not hold a balance, account or wallet on behalf of the client;
- is neither a financial institution nor a payment institution: it does not open accounts, provide payment services (including Pix), issue cards, perform acquiring or conduct foreign exchange transactions. When these services appear on the platform, they are provided by partner institutions;
- does not provide advice, investment recommendations, portfolio administration or management of third-party funds, and does not promise returns.
How quotes work
- you request a quote through the channel agreed in your contract;
- the SPSAV presents the quote with the asset, network, quantity, unit price, service fee and validity period;
- you expressly accept within the validity period;
- you make the payment;
- the SPSAV settles the transaction.
The quote is firm for 5 minutes and expires automatically if not accepted within that period. Unaccepted quotes incur no charge.
The unit price is based on the asset's market price, obtained from the liquidity providers with which the SPSAV operates. The service fee is a percentage of the transaction value, shown separately in the quote and receipt. Network costs and bank fees, when known, also appear in the quote. There is no joining fee, monthly fee or maintenance fee.
Within 25 minutes after payment confirmation, during desk hours: business days, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Brasília time). Orders confirmed outside these hours settle at the next opening.
Conflicts of interest
As the SPSAV is the counterparty to transactions, the price it offers is also the price at which it buys or sells. To mitigate this conflict: (i) each quote is individual and firm, with the unit price, service fee and known costs disclosed before acceptance; (ii) you are not obliged to accept, and unaccepted quotes incur no charge; (iii) the SPSAV does not provide advice or recommend investments.
Support and incidents
Human support: suporte@aurix.finance, with a response within 1 business day.
Quotes and transactions: through the channel specified in your contract, on business days, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Brasília time).
Incidents: in the event of a security incident, suspected fraud, an unrecognized transaction or a service interruption involving the SPSAV or a partner institution, write to suporte@aurix.finance. Our team will guide you on the measures to take.

Virtual asset risks and good practices
Before trading virtual assets, understand the main risks:
- Price volatility, including stablecoins, which may lose their peg to the reference currency.
- Risk relating to the asset issuer and the quality of the reserves backing it, over which the SPSAV has no control.
- Technology risk: network failure, congestion, forks or discontinuation, and smart contract vulnerabilities.
- Irreversible transfers: an incorrect address or network, or loss of private keys, causes permanent loss.
- Regulatory risk: changes in the legal, tax or operational treatment of virtual assets, in Brazil or abroad.
- Liquidity risk: lack of a counterparty or increased costs in atypical market conditions.
- Virtual assets are not covered by the Credit Guarantee Fund (FGC) or any other government guarantee.
Good practices
- Check the address and network before each transfer: the wallet network must match the transaction network.
- Keep your private keys and recovery phrase offline, and never share them.
- Be wary of promises of returns and pressure to close a deal.
- Use only Aurix's official channels, published on this website.
- If in doubt or in the event of an incident, contact support before acting.
